From listening to the first track alone of OKNOTOK, one will notice that Radiohead went to great lengths to make their remastered album even more conducive to sequential listening than the original. If RadioheadвЂ™s eerie, yet beautiful ninth album, A Moon Shaped Pool, failed to convinceВ you of this fact, RadioheadвЂ™s 20th anniversary edition of OK Computer, OKNOTOK, surely will. The lack of a similar treatment for Pablo Honey may be a sign of how little the group's members think of that album, yet it would have been great for The Bends to get an expanded reissue, and I'm hoping future titles will be considered.Like wine, Radiohead gets better with age.

Saying that, a third disc could have included at least the best highlights of the band's Glastonbury '97 set, plus those initial very different live arrangements for Karma Police, No Surprises and Paranoid Android that were played the previous year, with the latter extended instrumentally. While it would indeed have been great to also have more of the tracks previewed in Radiohead's aforementioned tour documentary, such as the early version of Nude or even the Follow Me Around soundcheck, I'm definitely not complaining about the contents of this reissue.

There had been talk of Lift being revisited during the sessions for A Moon Shaped Pool, and we already know from its appearance in Meeting People Is Easy that Man Of War (AKA Big Boots) was recorded around the OK Computer era, but it's great to see that we're also getting I Promise, which disappeared soon after being played only a handful of times in the mid '90s.
